Employee Referral Program

You can help your self, Highpeak Systems and a friend by participating in the Highpeak systems Employee Referral Program. You can earn a cash award of $1,000 to $1,500 (subject to taxes) if you refer an external applicant who is hired and completes six months of continuous employment with any open positions with us.

The Employee Referral Program is open to all employees in Highpeak systems. You cannot refer anyone who has already applied, who already works at Highpeak systems, or anyone who has worked at Highpeak systems within the last twelve months.

If you have any further questions about the Employee Referral Program, please call us. Highpeak systems, may modify or discontinue this program at any time.

In the event an applicant is referred from more than one source—for example, from two employees, or an employee and an employment agency—the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral. Participating parties will be notified when such situations arise.
